Ace Butler's   B I O :
"Horace "Ace" Butler was born in New Orleans, and had been around the music business his entire life.  He mastered the guitar, bass guitar, keyboards, percussion, and vocals.  Ace had traveled the USA creating, arranging, and composing many musical scores and performing with many artist such as Ray Stevens, Marvin Gaye, Rufus Thomas, David Ruffin, Carla Thomas, The Drifters and "Clean Head" Vincin, to name a few.  Ace's career also included a live performance at Red Rocks with good friend Joe Keel, jazz pianist.  Ace opened shows for such greats as Bobby "Blues" Band, Little Milton, and Millie Jackson.  In addition to his first album with the Aces, Ace has also appeared on James Van Buren's "Hurry Up and Slow Down", and "Live At Little Town Hall" albums.  Ace's tasty guitar licks add a definite spice that grabbed your attention.  Add to this, his excitement and vocal ability, and you experienced the feel of love and self-expression that he brought to every song he played.
